  • Be the 1st tier support, investigating and troubleshooting application problems for internal and external users
  • Identify the root cause of the problems by effectively communicating with various parties (both technical and non technical)
  • Work with developers and product owners to resolve complex solutions
  • Analyzing issue logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Debug and fix production issues and raise defects to development team if required
  • Support business team in creating reports and dashboards to monitor the issues
  • Design automated solution to handle routine operation works
  • Proactively propose initiatives to improve the business operation
  • Ensure to response to issues within committed SLA

Your will need to…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Highly competent with SQL database queries
  • Be familiar with
  • Having programming skill in one of the followings: Java, Javascript is a plus
  • Having a problem-solving mindset
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to provide timely analysis
