Project Manager (3-Month Contract)
Everyday you will...
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery and quality deliverables that meet standards and business requirements
- Manage project changes and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders (internal and external).
- Coordinate activities across business, development, data, and infrastructure team.
- Remove blockers and support team productivity.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among project participants.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track and resolve project issues and dependencies.
- Escalate critical concerns when necessary.
- Performing other assignments were requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product or Project Management.
- Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.
- Experience in the insurance business would be an advantage.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a must.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence
- Experience in Software Development methodologies and SDLC.
