- Revenue & Cost reconciliation.
- Preparing working papers for month and year-end closing.
- Helping to prepare a stakeholder report.
- Manage the underlying administrative transaction.
- Handle collections and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Verify and prepare all type of payments (commission, vendor, employee disbursement).
- Manage Bank Balances, Intercompany transfers, Corporate Credit Card, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Identify all transactions (cash in/out) and reconciled with the accounting system.
- Prepare daily cashflow report to be presented to management.
- Identify upcoming expenses from all departments.
- Prepare any memo, letters, invoice, and credit notes to be issued.
- Assist on reviewing any agreements or NDA for partnership.
- Doing reconciliation data for B2B Partnership.
- Become PIC to liaise with 3rd parties such as banks, vendors, etc.
- Other administrative duties and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent (relevant).
- 3-5 years of experience as Finance Accounting Staff.
- Have experience to handle journaling for transaction with have a big frequency and preparing financial statement.
- Can work for fast paced environment.
- Have a knowledge for tax and collection.
- Tech Savvy and Familiar with Accounting System (Accurate) and using Ms. Excel.
- Familiar with the Accounting Standard.
- English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Detail and accuracy oriented.
