Unit Head of IT Infrastructure and Support
Job Description:
- Lead and support IT infrastructure team on advanced issues
- Design, implementing and maintain of LAN, WAN, VPN, Data Center, Cloud Infrastructure, data networks, Cloud environment, wireless networks, and/or IT infrastructure solutions and documentation.
- Design and Implement related IT Security and Compliance.
- Provides Servers (Physical & Virtual), Core Switches (Cisco), Access Point (Ruckus), Firewall and Routers (Fortigate & Mikrotik) and /or IT Infrastructure environment, support, configuration and administration.
- Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits.
- Plan and implement upgrades required to maintain adequate service levels of IT Infrastructure and IT Security Compliance.
- Collaborate with the internal IT department and regional teams to execute various IT-related tasks
- Provide IT Policy related IT Infrastructure and IT Security Compliance.
- Handle backup and recovery plans and procedures based on industry best practices, then make sure that the necessary steps are followed.
- Handle and involve in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan of IT Environment.
- Handle and implementing ISO 27001 certification & support DPO
- IT Purchasing and vendor Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure or IT support experience, plus point if experienced in Insurance Industry
- Strong skills in server/network management, security, backup/restore, and IT support
- Experience with IT procurement, IT Support, vendor coordination, and asset management
- Knowledge of DRP, software licensing, and system updates/patches
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Good communication, documentation, and strategic thinking skills
