Everyday you will...
- Serve as the primary onsite musculoskeletal health expert and wellness advocate at our key corporate client locations.
- Conduct proactive ergonomic assessments, workstation evaluations, and functional movement screens to identify and mitigate injury risks before they lead to claims.
- Act as a trusted health advisor, offering confidential 1-on-1 consultations and general advice to help employees manage their physical well-being.
- Develop and deliver engaging quarterly health talks and wellness workshops on relevant topics such as injury prevention, office ergonomics, stress management, and movement.
- Host quarterly "Ask the PT" or general advice sessions to answer employee questions in an open forum.
- Track and analyze encounter data to identify injury trends, providing actionable reports to both the client and Sunday Care Health to guide preventative strategies.
- Collaborate with the client's HR and Health & Safety teams to foster a sustainable, proactive culture of health and safety.
- Act as a clinical liaison to key local providers (e.g., hospitals, outpatient clinics, orthopedic groups) to discuss evidence-based treatment options and educate them on plan-specific reimbursement policies, helping to steer care toward medically necessary and cost-effective pathways.
Qualifications:
- Licensure & Education: Must hold a current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in Thailand. A degree (DPT, MPT, or BSPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of [ 3-5] years of clinical experience, with a strong background in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine.
- Ergonomics: Demonstrable experience in or strong knowledge of office and industrial ergonomics. A certification (e.g., CEAS - Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist) is highly preferred.
- Core Competency (Evidence-Based Practice): A strong passion for preventative care and wellness promotion. Must actively keep up-to-date with current physical therapy treatment trends to distinguish between effective evidence-based practice, medically necessary interventions and services that are unsubstantiated or wasteful.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to translate complex medical concepts into simple, engaging, and practical advice for a corporate audience.
- Interpersonal Skills: A genuine, empathetic, and approachable demeanor. Must be skilled at building trust and rapport with employees at all levels of an organization.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take proactive initiative in a corporate environment without direct supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic documentation, data tracking (e.g., Excel), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint/Google Slides).
