Job Description:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze product performance data and provide actionable insights for product enhancements and optimization.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards to track product performance across various metrics (e.g., sales, claims, customer retention).
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to inform the development of new product offerings or improvements to existing products.
- Product Strategy:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Marketing, and Product Development Teams to support the development and improvement of insurance products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the non-life insurance industry.
- Support the creation of business cases for new product launches or modifications based on data-driven insights.
- Customer Insights:
- Work with customer data to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of different segments.
- Provide insights that help shape product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Product Testing & Optimization:
- Work with the team to conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product offerings.
- Provide ongoing tracking and optimization recommendations based on performance data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with stakeholders from different departments (Product Owner, Marketing, Business Development, and Claims) to ensure alignment on goals and data-driven decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to Senior Management and Key Stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or related fields, preferably in the insurance industry or financial services.
- Strong experience with data analysis, product performance tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in the Non-life Insurance sector is highly preferable.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and key industry metrics (e.g., loss ratios, claims frequency, underwriting performance).
- Ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for working with data and deriving insights to drive business improvements.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking and an ability to think strategically about product performance and customer needs.
- Fluent in English and Thai (both spoken and written) is required
