Payroll and Benefit Specialist
Responsibility:
- Process payroll and manage compensation using the Tigersoft system.
- Prepare and distribute the vacation leave system for new employees each month.
- Handle social security tasks, including registering new employees, processing terminations, submitting contributions (Form SSO 1-10), filing for compensation, and submitting to the Workmen’s Compensation Fund (Form WC 20).
- Report to the Revenue Department using forms PND 1, PND 1 Kor, and 50 Twi.
- Summarize income tax amounts for submission using form PND 1.
- Prepare and submit information to the provident fund.
- Conduct annual employee performance evaluations and record evaluation scores.
- Issue various documents such as salary certificates, employment certificates, employment contracts, and probation completion letters.
- Maintain and regularly update the employee database.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in in Human resource, Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience 1 - 5 year in Human Resource especially in payroll function
- Can work independently.
- Experience in handle Social Security office and Taxes.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Able to deal with government agency/firm.
- A team player with pro-active and service minded.
- Able to start working immediately is a plus.
