Everyday you will...
- Be the 1st tier support, investigating and troubleshooting problems for internal and external users
- Identify the root cause of the problems by effectively communicating with various parties (both technical and non technical)
- Work with developers and product owners to resolve complex solutions
- Analyzing issue logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Debug and fix production issues and raise defects to dev team if required
- Develop and maintain existing platform to improve the business operation
- Ensure to response to issues within committed SLA
You will need to...
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Highly competent with SQL database queries
- Having a problem-solving mindset
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to provide timely analysis
