Partnership Support - Policy Management
- Handle & Verify policy documents and ensure that all necessary information is correct.
- Validate the policy data before delivery to partners / customers.
- Coordinate with insurers, partners to handle the policy issues.
- Daily handling the policy’s packaging and the shipments to meet the conditions & SLA.
- Daily handling of administrative work in day-to-day coordination of operational activities and administrative tasks.
- Daily Track and Monitor policy admin dashboard.
- Able to prepare a reconcile report and all related documents.
- To undertake any additional duties at the request of the line manager.
