- Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and testing.
- Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates for positions as assigned.
- To throw ideas, assist and be part of the execution for company events.
- Other HR related matters as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Keen to learn more about HR in the real working environment. Especially, in a startup company.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Good communication skills
- Good time and task management.
- Fast learner & open-minded
