Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor daily motor claims processes to ensure compliance with company procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and internal policies.
  • Review claim documents, analyze the causes of losses, and provide recommendations for claim resolution and process improvements.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in coordinating the Claims team, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality work performance among claims staff.
  • Communicate and coordinate with repair workshops, vendors, and related parties to ensure repair and claim settlement processes are carried out efficiently.
  • Validate repair costs and negotiate with repair workshops to maintain an appropriate balance between repair quality and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports regarding claim status, turnaround time (TAT), and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Professional certification in General Insurance (AAAIK/AAIK) will be an high advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in motor claims, with at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Officer or Team Leader.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle structures, repair processes, and repair cost estimation.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong analytical and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with repair workshops, vendors, and third parties.
