  • Leading and handling Sunday’s operation including logistics operation, policy shipment and customer service operation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
  • Oversee and explore for a gap in T&C and bridge all the gaps to prevent fraudulent activities from all stakeholders to protect the company's interest.
  • Devise strategies to optimize current process or highlight key areas to negotiate with vendors to manage. As well as research and work with Development team to automate the workflow. Aiming to maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Lead market research and incorporate the findings into key actions for the department.
  • Responsible for working with other departments and stakeholders in order to verify and monitor transport capacity and supply data accuracy and timeliness and also drive planning and forecasting analysis to support the growth.
  • Coordinate with stakeholder/product key account to align with existing capacity with company’s volume forecast.
  • Providing business analytics and data gathering to support detailed modeling of capacity planning and metrics from statistically confident projections that provide insight would be a plus.
  • Analyze, plan, and liaise with relevant parties for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor overall NPS score in order to track and initiate improvement plans.
  • Lead and coach a big team of operation crew. To ensure the team has a strong performance.
  • Lead the customer service team to ensure the company service is up to the standard and reach maximum customer satisfaction

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Logistic, Supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Economic, or IT.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, freight forwarding. Experience in monitoring transportation and truck capacity is advantaged.
  • Experience in leading big size of team member and experience in coaching the team member is an advantage.
  • Energetic, action-oriented, positive approach to problem solving with analytical skill.
  • Have an understanding of data security
  • Able to handling complex complaints case, legal case with lawyer.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently.
  • Possessing advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to deal cross-functional.
