Are you a digital native who loves the "science" behind a viral post and the "art" of well-researched content? We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to be the engine room of our content team.
You will work directly under the Senior Content Creator, helping to scale Sunday’s presence across two distinct worlds: Professional Insurance/Insurtech Branding and Personal Growth/Self-Improvement.
This isn't just a "writing" job or a routine "scheduling" role; it’s a position where you will grow through "learning by doing" in content creation and community building.
You will be responsible for researching relatable topics, backing them up with solid evidence, creating content across social media platforms, and driving organic conversations to build a loyal audience for our channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. The Information Lead (Professional Insurance/Insurtech Branding)
- Drafting & Execution: Transform SEO strategies into clear, engaging blog posts and Facebook content. Your goal is to make complex insurance topics and the insurance brand feel simple, accessible, and engaging.
- Social Creation & Adaptation: Create and convert long-form articles into punchy Facebook content, scripts, and ads that stop the scroll, boost engagement, and establish a dedicated follower base.
2. The Insight Support (Personal Growth/Self-Improvement)
- Trend Scouting: Act as our "eyes and ears" on social media (TikTok, FB, IG, YouTube). Identify the next big topics in self-improvement, career growth, productivity, and mental wellness.
- Evidence-Based Research: Support the Senior Content Creator’s deep-dive pieces by finding psychological studies, economic data, or real-life case studies that add credibility and weight to our stories.
3. Others
- On-Site Support & Post-Event Content: Accompany Sunday’s management team or assigned attendees to industry events to capture live insights and raw content. Take the lead in drafting event scoops or recaps, turning key takeaways from a live session into valuable posts and blog content for our community.
- On-Camera Presence: Act as the "face" of our short-form video content. You’ll be comfortable presenting tips, trends, or life at Sunday stories in a natural, engaging way.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 0–3 Years Experience: You might be a fresh grad, but you have a portfolio (or a personal project) that proves you can create content for humans, not robots.
- The Smart Friend Vibe: You have a pulse on what modern Thai workers care about. You create content like a "smart friend" explaining complicated ideas in the simplest way possible.
- Research Prowess: Ability to take a broad idea (e.g., "Procrastination") and find the specific data or "why" behind it to make the content stand out, not just researching and rewriting the information.
- Systematic & Organized: Comfortable with deadlines, cross-functional work, and can manage multiple content threads without losing your cool.
- Camera-Comfortable (Even for Introverts!): You don't need to be the life of the party or highly skilled at public speaking, but you should be comfortable being the face of our video content.
The Plus List (Nice to Have, but Not Required)
- Visual Skills: Basic ability in Canva, CapCut, Edits, or similar tools to create simple social assets.
- SEO Awareness: Understand the basics of keywords and why they matter for long-term growth.
- Social Media Optimization: Understand what social media key metrics are, and what to optimize for better results.
- Language: High proficiency in English, TOEIC 700+, (Read, Speak, Write) is essential for deep research and following international trends.
