Responsibility:


  • Coordinate with internal departments to support dealer operations, maintain strong business relationships, and ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Manage dealer accounts from new vehicle insurance processes through policy renewal services.
  • Prepare and consolidate sales reports for both new car insurance and renewal businesses to provide updates to management and partner teams.
  • Prepare and verify commission payment reports for dealers accurately and within the assigned timeline.
  • Travel nationwide to visit dealers, attend meetings, and provide business support when required.
  • Plan and manage budgets, including marketing campaigns and promotional activities, to support sales performance and business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with newly assigned dealer partners to expand business opportunities and strengthen the dealer network.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to travel nationwide for dealer visits, may be using a personal car. The gas allowance will be provided.
  • Ability to lead a successful team.
  • Excellent presentation, influencing, coaching, and problem solving skills.
  • Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaborate well in a team.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
