Job Description:

  • Supporting the collection and verification of claim documents from customers and workshops
  • Inputting claim data into internal systems
  • Following up on missing or incomplete documents with relevant parties
  • Organizing and filing claim documents (both physical and digital)
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed by the team

Requirements:

  • Final-year student, pursuing degree in related fields
  • Has basic understanding of General Insurance Industry
  • Has strong organizational skill
  • Eager to learn, detail oriented, and highly adaptable
  • Plus point if has previous internship experience
  • Willing to WFO (Work from office) Monday to Friday at our Head Office
