Manager of Finance and Tax
Job Description :

Supervise and manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance (corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes)

Review and ensure accuracy of tax filings and coordinate with external tax consultants and authorities when required

Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards (including insurance regulations)

Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls

Lead, coach, and develop junior finance team members

Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management
Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax or a related field

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance and taxation, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

Experience in handling corporate tax reporting and compliance

Familiarity with financial systems

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A & B, CPA, or equivalent) will be an advantage
