Job Description :

  • Supervise and manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance (corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes)
  • Review and ensure accuracy of tax filings and coordinate with external tax consultants and authorities when required
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards (including insurance regulations)
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior finance team members
  • Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Tax or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance and taxation, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Experience in handling corporate tax reporting and compliance
  • Familiarity with financial systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A & B, CPA, or equivalent) will be an advantage
