We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Product Owner to manage both incoming and existing product projects with strategic distribution partners within the Insurance Platforms, with a strong focus on Thailand and Indonesia. This role is key to ensuring the alignment of product initiatives with the company’s business goals, collaborating cross-functionally across these two regions, and enhancing both partner and internal team experiences through cutting-edge technologies. You’ll be responsible for evaluating new product design requests, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that development projects are delivered on time and meet both business and technical expectations.


Everyday…

  • Project Management & Coordination: Oversee and manage the lifecycle of incoming and ongoing product initiatives with strategic distribution partners. Coordinate with internal teams such as Partnership, Development, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure requirements are understood, scoped, and prioritized.
  • Product Design & Backlog Management: Evaluate new product design requests, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Maintain and prioritize your team’s backlog to keep projects organized, track progress, and align with both business and squad pipelines.
  • Technical Consultancy & Support: Work closely with the Partnership and Development teams to provide technical consultancy, including solutions, scopes, timelines, best practices, and project delivery guidance to internal and external customers.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Interface and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Partnerships, Product Owners, Finance, etc.) and external partners to understand requirements, translate them into clear, actionable product features, and enhance the overall experience with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Prioritization & Decision Making: Work with business leaders and partners to prioritize product and service requests based on value, feasibility, and alignment with the company’s product roadmap. Ensure that new changes or similar future requirements can be met without significant incremental costs, emphasizing reusability and efficiency.
  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Understand the end-to-end processes of your product and actively drive efficient business processes and standards. Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability in product delivery.
  • Cross-Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Help develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions and product areas.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate clearly, engaging stakeholders, and helping them understand change. Provide feedback, articulate decisions, actively listen, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams in both Indonesia and Thailand, leveraging regional insights and aligning product initiatives across borders. Facilitate smooth communication and integration between different teams, ensuring the consistency and quality of product development across regions.
  • Global Solution Development: Drive innovative product solutions that address complex challenges in both markets, ensuring scalability and relevance across diverse customer bases in the two countries.


You will need to…

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, management, information technology, , or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Management, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of technology capabilities and product requirements (what, why, and how) to facilitate informed discussions with partners and tech teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with demonstrated ability to lead teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and multiple sprints within an enterprise environment.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills to guide teams through Agile practices and help with continuous product and process improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with both business and technical teams, and the ability to facilitate discussions and negotiations.
  • Ability to balance long-term goals with short-term priorities, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
  • Exposure to diverse technologies and processing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Thai and English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Project management proficiency, especially in Agile/Scrum environments, with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude for both independent and team-based work.
