Risk Engineer (Surveyor) Property, Engineering, Casualty
Job Description:
- Analyze potential risks and exposures, considering factors such as location, construction, operational practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to underwriters to aid in the decision-making process.
- Conduct on-site surveys and risk assessment for Property, Engineering, and Casualty Insurance.
- Surveys and assessments visit in ensuring thorough coverage and timely reporting.
- Analyze and compile data collected during surveys to assess potential risks and exposures.
- Prepare comprehensive reports in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, detailing findings and recommendations for underwriters.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for risk assessment and management, and conduct thorough risk assessments related to Property, Engineering, and Casualty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk engineer or closely related areas within the insurance industry.
- Preferably experience in property, engineering, and casualty insurance lines with strong understanding of the associated risks and underwriting decisions.
- Preferably have relevant certifications such as K3 Health and Safety, AAAIK, Associate in Risk Management (ARM), or equivalent.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement in risk assessment processes.
- Has good english language proficiency.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail with proficiency in evaluating technical reports.
- Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver license for conducting site visits.
