Responsibilities

  • Explore new opportunities and build product concepts.
  • Work closely with UW, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to prepare POC or pilot launch materials and timelines.
  • Monitor pilot progress, escalate issues, and ensure smooth rollout toward full launch.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across finance, e-commerce, and dealer channels.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure partners have the information, support, and tools needed for successful product adoption.
  • Conduct pricing comparisons, competitive benchmarking, and basic financial analysis to support commercial decisions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution with a strong can-do attitude, structured thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Partner Management (experience in insurance, fintech, telco, retail, or electronics is preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with product launches or new initiative development (POC, pilot projects, partnership onboarding).
  • Experience in gadgets, consumer devices, warranty products, or subscription-based models.
  • Understanding of insurance or extended-warranty structures.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, leasing, or digital platform partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term partner relationships.
