Everyday…

  • Relationship building & managing communication with panel hospitals, pharmacies & insurers on company direction & expectations
  • Plan and analyze the hospital contract opening.
  • Recruit, cooperate in opening the hospital contract and initial the contract agreement with hospitals.
  • Assess and evaluate area needs for new panel hospitals recruitment on quarterly basis
  • Conduct due diligence on potential hospitals to be recruited with the aim of recruiting quality hospitals as panel
  • Ensuring safe-guard of Sunday interest during execution of onboarding agreement between parties
  • Monitor and track panel hospital’s performance via costing, NPS score, ease in negotiation & complaint handling
  • Highlight irregular practices (including suspicion on fraud / confirmed fraud practices) & recommend action on errant panel hospital to management
  • Conduct half-yearly review of panel hospitals (including market feedback on panel hospital’s performance)

You will need to...

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in recruiting hospital and clinic networks working in TPA or claim in house insurance companies.
  • Familiar with TPA or healthcare platforms would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people.
  • Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
